
Turkey Woof Balls
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup cooked brown rice (from 1/2 cup raw)
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped cooked broccoli
- 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh parsley
- vegetable oil for frying
Place the ground turkey, rice, broccoli and parsley in a medium bowl and mix well. Roll the turkey mixture into walnut sized balls. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat and fry the meatballs, turning, until golden on all sides, 6 to 7 minutes. Cool and freeze in batches. The meatballs can be frozen up to 2 months. Allow the meatballs to cool completely before serving to your furry companions.
