Place the ground turkey, rice, broccoli and parsley in a medium bowl and mix well. Roll the turkey mixture into walnut sized balls. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat and fry the meatballs, turning, until golden on all sides, 6 to 7 minutes. Cool and freeze in batches. The meatballs can be frozen up to 2 months. Allow the meatballs to cool completely before serving to your furry companions.

Mix together all the ingredients. Spoon into small muffin molds and bake at 350 degrees F for about 60-75 minutes. Remove chews from the molds as soon as possible (cool enough to handle). Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Optional: Yogurt frosting, 6 oz container for about 30 dog cookies. Plain organic yogurt and 2 tablespoons of honey. Blend well. Frost your cooled cookies, place in refrigerator for 30-45 minutes.
Your dog might enjoy treats cold, if not bring back to room temperature. Keep uneaten cookies in refrigerator, so they do not go bad.
