
Green Goddess Dip
Ingredients
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup loosely packed fresh flat leafed Parsley leaves
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh tarragon
1 tsp. white wine vinegar
1 tsp. anchovy paste
1 tsp. lemon zest
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/3 cup chopped fresh chives
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Garnish; chopped fresh tarragon
Method
Process first 9 ingredients in a blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides if needed. Stir in chives; season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and chill for 2 to 24 hours. Garnish if desired. Serve with assorted vegetables.
Makes 1 2/3 cups, Hands on time 15 minutes, Total time 2 hrs 15 mins.
