Happy Wednesday, A great recipe for all our rice pudding lovers.
- 2 ½ cups cooked rice, rinsed with cold water
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 1 cup sugar
- 10 oz. bag miniature marshmallow (or large, cut into pieces)
- 1 ½ pints whipped heavy cream
Mix rice, pineapple, sugar and marshmallows. Fold in whipped cream. Chill and serve.
