
- 1 ½ cup sugar
- ½ lb. butter
- 1 ½ cup all purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 5 eggs
- 3 cup pecans
- 1 tsp almond extract
- ½ lb candy cherries
- ½ candy pineapple

Instructions:

- Mix batter first (sugar, butter, baking powder, flour, and eggs)
- Cut fruit and nuts. Roll them in ½ cup of flour
- Mix in batter.
- Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
- Test; bake longer if needed
